How do I use the product?

Who roasts your coffee?

We have partnered with some of the best artisanal roasters in the country. These roasters not only craft roast each batch to order. But they also source the beans directly from the farmers and co-ops, forming close relationships with them over many years and securing only the best lots from each season's harvest.

What is the shelf-life?

The coffee will be fresh for up to a year (or longer) in the sealed wrapper. Please refer to printed date on back of wrapper. Each pack has been nitrogen-flushed to prevent oxidization. Store in cool dry place.

How do I open the outer envelope/wrapper?

Tear from the top of pack. The "easy-tear" ridges are located along the top of pack, similar to many snack wrappers. No scissors necessary.

Should I drink it black (without milk or sugar)?

There is no right or wrong answer. You can enjoy your coffee however you like.

Historically speaking, milk and sugar is an easy and common way to mask low quality coffee which typically has burnt/bitter/sour tastes.

We only suggest trying it black first. Our coffees have wonderful nuances in flavor and lovely natural sweetness. The finish is smooth and clean, and some are even reminescent of chocolate milk. Once you experience these natural flavors, you may not feel the urge to add anything else!

Can I return the coffee?

Because coffee is a food product, we cannot accept returns. But if you are not satisfied with the product, please do let us know immediately. We will do whatever we can to make you happy!
