Free Shipping (Minimum Order Required, US only)

Choose “Flate Rate Shipping” (3-5 business days) at checkout and the discount will be automatically applied to your order, if subtotal is $40 or more.

USPS Priority

Otherwise, choose USPS Priority for 1-2 Day US Domestic shipping, where shipping cost is calculated based on total weight of order.

International flat rate

We now also ship to Canada! Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping to international. But we do offer flat rates that we subsidize to be less than the actual carrier rate.

Food (Coffee) Items

For food items (coffee), we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please let us know immediately. We will be sure to find a way to resolve any issues you may have, or if necessary provide refund. See below for “Kipsy Promise”.

Non-Food Items

For non-food items, returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

But if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within the first 30 days after receiving the product(s). We will try our best to resolve any issues, and if necessary will refund your first order amount or up to $30 (whichever is lesser). No hassle, we promise.
